Shaping glass for Scott Garrelts is intense. Everything has to happen at just the right time, like a well choreographed dance. Once he starts a piece at 2000 degrees, it has to stay above 1000 degrees the entire time he works or it will crack. He makes the majority of his glass from scratch but because of this he has some colors that may not be available to the rest of the world. With his glass, he hopes to simply bring pleasure and enhance ones surroundings. Small Portal: Approximately 10" Large Portal: Approximately 19" Extra Large Portal: Over 2' tall
