Advent 2023 - Herbal - Day 16 - Spiced Turmeric Herbal

Welcome to Day 16 of our 2023 Herbal Advent.   Turmeric is a very popular tea ingredient due to it's amazing - and scientifically validated - health benefits. It can be, however, an acquired taste, so you'll usually see it paired with something. In our shop we sell a turmeric tea that is paired with some spices and cacao, giving it more of a sweeter note; in this case, we're pairing it with nuts and spices, giving it more of a festive note. Delicious and healthy - I could easily drink this tea year-round.   This blend is a great latte - just add frothed milk to a smaller, strong brewed cuppa. Lattes with turmeric in them tend to be called golden milk, so if you see that at a cafe sometime, now you know.
