Hot Maple Cinnamon

THE STORY BEHIND THE TEA: As a tea person, you probably aren’t surprised that I love a good dinner party, especially fun themes.    I recently went to a dinner party and I had mentioned one of my favorite themes is doing a brunch party, but for dinner. It’s always popular but this person took things to the next level with a maple syrup bar: all sorts of infusions, like you’d see at a popular neighborhood pancake joint. The spicy one was my favorite and made me think that adding maple to a classic hot cinnamon tea would be a really fun combination.   You don’t need to host a party to enjoy this blend, though; it pairs well with festive occasions of all shapes and sizes (and times of day). But don’t turn down my suggestion of pairing it with pancakes, if you’re hungry!   — Andy
