Elagabalus Pendant

This ancient Roman coin features incredible patina and a sterling silver twist frame.  It showcases a a magnificent eagle standing and front facing with a right turn of head and holding a wreath within its beak.  The reverse side depicts the teenage emperor Elagabalus 218-222 AD wearing a laurel wreath. The coin was is a tetradrachm minted in Antioch, Syria.  The coin's authenticity as an ancient coin has been certified by a professional numismatic who specializes in ancient coinage.
