Dumenil Reserve 25 Champagne

This independent Champagne House was founded in 1874 and has remained in the family for 5 generations. All their vineyards are Premier Cru located in the typical chalk soil of the Montagne de Reims. Only the first and best juice is used for all their cuvées. Their house cuvée is an equal blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Using over 20 years old reserved wines and aged for 3 years on its lees. Every year, the perpetual reserve is enriched with wines from the latest harvest, so the final blend offers more breadth, depth, substance and complexity. Notes Delicate aromas of white flowers with notes of apple, pear and apricot, with appealing mousse and brioche flavors on the palate.
