Wheel Experience Class

Ready to try something new? This class is all about giving students a first taste of working with clay on a pottery wheel. This 4-week class will touch on the basics: wedging, throwing, trimming, and glazing. This is an important primer before jumping in to our more in-depth Wheel Basics Class. All supplies and firing included. Thursdays, Nov 6, 13, 20, Skip 27 for Thanksgiving, Dec 4, 5:30 pm Nov 6 & 13: Getting started wedging, centering, and pulling up walls of a cylinder. *2 hour class sessions* Nov 20: How to trim pieces on the wheel. 1 hour class session Nov 25th no class for Thanksgiving! Dec 4: Intro to glazing. *1 hour class session*
