Word Stone Making Open Studio Day

While you're out exploring the Richmond Meltdown Festival, stop by Ply during our Open Studio hours! This month we have a quick and easy project waiting for you: custom word stones! Do you have a word of the year or a meaningful small phrase you keep close to heart? Pick from 3 different "stone" clay colors, and we'll help you mold and stamp a small treasure to keep or gift. Our Open Studio Days are drop-in events and priced per piece. Make one, or make a set, spend under an hour or spend the whole afternoon playing in the clay. These events are beginner and family-friendly! Saturday, Jan 31st, 12:00-4:00 pm Small Stone (single word) - $6 each Large Stone (small phrase) - $10 each All supplies and firing included. *Due to the drying, glazing, and firing process, expect up to two weeks for pick up!*
