Rudbeckia, Sahara 6pk
What initially drew us to this beauty was the variety of colors from just one plant!! We first tested this in Jess' edible landscape in 2023. And just like in the photos, it provided stunning blooms all the way thru early winter. We just love the muted colors it produced, very sunset-esque (pinks, oranges, yellows, mustards). The colors changed throughout the season much like a sunset and it was an absolute joy to go outside and see the transition!! Most of the flowers tend to be doubled but we've had a few fluffier scabiosa (pin cushion flower) types, with stems reaching between 12-16". This variety is drought, heat, frost and deer tolerant! Plants prefer average, well-draining soil and at least 6 hours of sun a day. A must for cut flower gardens and anyone that enjoys beautiful colors in their landscape!
