Tomato, Pink Berkeley Tie-Dye (Beefsteak)
Spoiler alert, this is my absolute favorite tomato to grow! It checks all the boxes - unique, beautiful, delicious and easy to grow! My favorite ways to enjoy Pink Berk: sliced in a burger, BLT or raw sliced with a sprinkle of flaky salt, bloody mary mix, tomato soup. Fruits are 8-12 oz and dark pink with metallic green striping. Flavor is amazing!! Fruity and rich, with a meaty texture. Considered relatively early for such a large, flavorful tomato. This variety was bred by Brad Gates of Wild Boar Farms.
