Dried Dendrobium (Shi Hu) is one of the oldest traditional Chinese herbs. Shi Hu nourishes yin, clears heat, supplements stomach, liver and kidneys, engenders fluid. Apply to people with internal heat with low fever, red tongue, thirst and dry throat, blur vision.
