Condition: These are in good with heel scuffs. Pre-owned condition. They are true knee-high boots - very tall and sexy with a slightly slouchy look. Height of 5' 9" should be up to knees.  The signs of wear mostly on the heels. Some of the white plastic heel that was showing was touched up with black. The other scuffing has not yet bee touched up so you could make these look even better with a little effort. Scuffing on the soles and a dings/dents on the leather-wrapped heels.  Again a few millimeter of peel of the leather wrapped heels. One spot rubbed
