Front brake needs adjusted, it is rubbing on the front rim.  Gears change fine, but couldn't get it to move to the large gear on the front might work while riding, not yet tested. Brakes work good. We think the tubes and tires maybe ok, but probably need to double check. Probably needs tune up. You will probably want new grips. 1990 model, info from another listing, you verify.  Shimano Deore Derailer, ZAC 19 Weinmann rims 26X1.5/559 with Team Control 26X2.00 Tires , Manitou Magnum Fork is set to soft right now, we have not tried to adjust.
