3.50 LBS and 9 3/8 x 3.5 Tall. This is basically a 9" lid. 8 7/8 is the actual diameter of the outer edge of the inner ring or lip. The inner measurement of your pot would need to be at least 8 7/8 but no greater than 9 1/4, I would think based on my measurements. LID ONLY! Inner zig-zag drip design on inside.
