Elio was born in Sinaloa, but raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco Although Elio studied fine art, he is mostly self taught. Elio is a wonderful elusive and bad boy (sometimes copying other master artists) artist, who only paints when he wants to. These painting are his own. This painting shows a crow driving a penis shaped car. There are many small exotic drawings throughout the painting. Black, white and blue colors compliment the composition of the painting. Elio used black, white and blue color pencils to draw the images. The painting is on butcher paper. Please note the paper has a few wrinkles on it. This not take away from the painting.
