NYFW Wings Shirt

The shirt is made with a soft navy blue fabric with multicolored sequins covering the front in the shape of trans top surgery scars. On the back is says WE EXIST in bold letters The shirt is made in a unisex size M   Artist Statement- I’ve been told they are called ‘dog ears’ by everyone else but many of us within the trans community, call them Wings. It's the extra skin that is sometimes left over after top surgery, most often for folks with larger chests. There are a few different reasons this can happen. We lay flat on our backs for top surgery and we can't be turned during the operation, so not all of the tissue can be reached.
