Punti d'Amore

PEPPADEW PEPPER DROPSSAUTEED SPINACH w/ GARLICDOLLOPS OF RICOTTAFRESH MOZZARELLARED SAUCETHIN CRUST  Punti d'Amore means "Dots of Love" in Italian because Valentines Day. The little Peppadew pepper drops are tiny pops of bright zippy flavor with a mild heat. Some sautéed spinach and garlic pairs nicely with the dollops of fresh whipped ricotta cheese. We went with fresh Belgioioso mozzarella on this one, made with milk from our farm. It's so clean and simple, but with the big bold flavors we seek out by this point in Winter.
