Sausage, Onion, & Boursin Cheese

HOUSE MADE ITALIAN SAUSAGE RED ONION DOLLOPS OF BOURSIN CHEESEMOZZARELLA & PROVOLONE RED SAUCE THIN CRUST  A couple years ago I discovered that the most delectable Boursin cheese spread is made here in the Fox Valley. I put it an a pizza for you, and since then I've been putting it on my personal snacky pizzas here in the shop. I don't think this one is unusual or fancy in any way. But this is what I've been making myself because I love it, and I simply thought I'd share it with you. In truth, you could put that garlic & herb cheese spread on a shoe and it would still be one of the best things you've ever had.
