They can be baked, too, but I don't recommend microwaving them because they get texturally weird in the microwave. A fine-tuned blend of sausage, pepperoni, sauce, and cheese all tucked and sealed inside a 4" wonton. A pocket, if you will. We're testing different ways of making these. We hope to have a few varieties on our regular menu this Summer. But we need help figuring out cooking instructions that work for everyone.
