In the "Information for Custom Item" section on the checkout page please let us know which license plate you have chosen and the changes to be made. Example: "I want the 5115 plate but with badge number 4700 on it and retired on bottom". * Please include your email so we can contact you if there are any questions. * Upload an image of your patch or logo by clicking on "Chose an Image" . Then click the "Submit" button. After uploading the Image, please select "Add to Cart" to complete purchase. WE DO NOT SHOW ALL PLATES MADE ON OUR LICENSE PLATE SAMPLE PAGES.
