Sour Rye Concentrate (Zurek)

540ml / 17.6oz No preservatives. Store at 32-65F (0 to +18C)! Refrigerate after opening. Ingredients: water, rye whole meal flour, rye bran, natural sourdough bread, garlic, onions, salt, black pepper, marjoram.  Made in a facility that also processes milk, celeriac and mustard seeds.  Directions: Add 1 jar of soup concentrate to 8,5 cups (2L) of boiling broth or water. Boil for 3 min. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Your soup is ready to enjoy!
