Stella Chroma | Joules

Joules is inspired by my baby girl! She's a gorgeous grey Dutch Shepherd who has been my shadow and sidekick for 13 years. She and I have experienced the highest of highs and the lowest of lows together, and I legitimately wouldn't be where I am without her! She is fierce and thinks all but 5 people in the world are gonna be mean to her mama, so naturally, she wants to eat them. Joules (the polish) is a medium grey crelly with a strong yellow/orange/green shimmer and silver holo flakies. Best in 2-3 thin coats to show off that shimmer! Cap: None
