Dip Liquids System - Set of 3

All the liquids you need to dip your own nails! This set of 3 bundle includes: 15ml-0.5fl oz Step 2 Base Coat15ml-0.5fl oz Step 3 Activator 15ml-0.5fl oz Step 4 Top Coat -- How to use -- 1. Prep nails by lightly buffing them and applying a nail bond. (optional) 2.  Apply a thin layer of Step 2 Base Coat and immediately dip into desired dip powder. Repeat this process on all of your nails. 3. Use a fluffy brush to brush off any excess powder from your nails. 4. Repeat steps 2-3 on each nail until desired thickness and coverage is achieved. Brush off nails once fully dry with a stiffer brush to fully remove any excess powder. 5. Generously apply Step 3 Activator to all nails. Let dry for 30 seconds. 6. File, buff, and shape your nails until they are smooth. 7. Wash hands using water.  Dry thoroughly. 8. Apply Step 3 Activator again to all nails and let dry for 45 seconds. 9. Wipe each nail with alcohol and a lint free wipe.  Dry with a lint free wipe. 10. Apply one thin layer of Step 4 T
