Do you wash your hands a bazillion times a day? Do you like to be barefoot? It's both for me & my skin pays the price. At the end of the day I pop the lotion bar out of the tin, rub onto clean/dry skin and cover with anti lizard skin cream. Throw on a pair of socks and let the moisturizing begin :)!
