If you've heard the stories about how delicious the pulp of the cacao pod is, it's true. I was able to procure a single kilo of the freeze dried pulp and have added it to our pollinator blend bars. The interior of the cacao pod is reminiscent of "liquified skittles" A term I use the describe the unbelievable fruitiness of the pulp. We then add freeze dried raspberries to complete the bar. An idea brough by my work wife Crystal. Love you honey!
