Uji Matcha

Unpretentious Matcha from Uji, Kyoto for all your Matcha needs at home. For those who are new or unfamiliar with Matcha, it is Japanese Green Tea powdered to a fine powder that you can leave in your cup (no sieving required).  This is Culinary Grade A Matcha great for baking, cooking, and mixed drinks like lattes. Serving suggestion: Whisk 2g or 1 Tsp. in a little bit of warm water. One level teaspoon per 5 oz. Adjust up or down depending on desired strength. Use hot or cold milk.
