Qinling Red Lotus <br> Stunning, Wide Open Blooms!

Lotus Plant Description Qinling Red Lotus has huge, bowl-shaped blooms in an attractive shade of red with classic, single- petal lotus flowers and lovely, green foliage.. The yellow-gold  receptacle is surrounded with a fringe of yellow-gold stamens giving this lotus a regal look! Qinling Red Lotus honors the district in China where it was initially grown. Tall Red Single-Petal, Few Petaled Lotus Plant Description Plant in full sun in a wide, shallow container in heavy loam soil with 4-7" of water over top of pot. The container would need to be a minimum of 16 inches across, 24-48 inches in diameter would be better inches for this large / tall lotus. Lotus Fertilizing Instructions Fertilize monthly once established with two aerial leaves growing out of the water. Lotus are very heavy feeders.
