Insl X Lead Block is a water based elastomeric acrylic coating with excellent adhesion, elongation, and tensile strength characteristics. When applied to surfaces with lead-containing paint, this product will seal in the lead paint with a thick, elastic layer. Lead Block conforms to the requirements of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Public Health (13931) and meets the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (H.U.D.), which spells out a 20-year manufacturer’s warranty.
