This set contains 10 balloons. Includes: 7 x 12" Latex balloons  3 x 12" latex balloons filled with confetti 1 x balloon weight PLEASE NOTE This item can NOT be shipped. Helium Filled can only be local pick up or delivery. They can not be shipped. Balloon ribbons and weights will be selected to match the bouquet color scheme. The colors and foil balloons are subject to availability, if a color or foil in the arrangement is out of stock, it will be substituted with a similar color or foil. Balloon bouquets are treated with hi-float to maximize float time. Please note confetti balloons will only float for 6-8 hours. Local Delivery Our delivery window is between 10am and 4pm. You will have the option to select a 2-hour delivery time slot during checkout. We cannot guarantee an exact time due to several deliveries and traffic.
