Each board is a true original: double-sided, never reproduced, and made for photographers who want depth, texture, and authenticity in their scenes. Every surface begins with a sturdy ½-inch plywood panel, chosen for stability without excessive weight. At 13.75 lbs, these boards are substantial enough to stay put during a shoot, yet still easy to carry, move, and store. Joe hand-paints each side using acrylic paints, building up layers of tone, texture, and nuance before sealing the finished board with a matte varnish.
