California Mission Figs and Valencia Oranges are a combination made in heaven. A sophisticated combination that goes well with cheese and charcuterie, on grilled cheese, on your toast or wherever you want! Our jams use 1/2 the sugar of regular jam recipes and we use no pectin so we are truly concentrating the flavors into a jar. The Brits would call this a "conserve", similar to our "preserves".
