MaxSeal PRO Dog Door Flaps

MaxSeal® PRO Replacement Flaps are precision-made by size and by location—interior or exterior. Using an exterior flap on an interior frame (or vice versa) will misalign the magnets. Each frame’s magnet placement is engineered for an optimal weather seal; altering those positions will reduce performance. What makes the PRO different: it uses a heavy-duty piano-hinge flap attachment for easier, more secure replacements and increased long-term durability. Flap replacement is straightforward and does not require removing the pet-door frames. Loosen the thumbscrews at the top of the flap by hand or with the included Allen wrench from your hardware packet. If the thumbscrews don’t catch immediately, place a flathead screwdriver behind the flap and apply gentle pressure so they engage—then remove and replace the flap.
