Careful fermentation and slow drying create clarity and balance in the cup. It shines as a filter coffee and holds its own as a lively, fruit-forward espresso. About the Producers:This coffee is produced by members of Rebuild Women’s Hope, a women-led cooperative founded in 2013 to address inequality in agriculture and expand economic opportunity for women in eastern Congo.
