Information on the poster reads that the protest would be held at the central passenger station in Dessau-Roßlau at 13:00. At the bottom is a link to a website for activism and remembrance of Jalloh. Born in Sierra Leone, Oury Jalloh applied for political asylum in Germany from the Sierra Leonean Civil War. He was arrested on January 7th, 2005, and after revealing a BAC of 0.3% and cocaine usage, he was handcuffed by his wrists and ankles to a bed inside of a jail cell. Police officers at the station claimed that an officer had turned off an active fire alarm twice, only going to investigate after a third, different alarm played.
