Energy Healing Session - 60 Minutes

A one hour session at your home in St. Louis, MO or via Zoom with certified Reiki Master practitioner, Victoria Cates. During this session, I will use intuitively-guided energy healing techniques to help relieve the symptoms you are experiencing and assist in unlocking your body's natural healing abilities.  At the start of the session, we will discuss the physical, mental or spiritual concerns which have brought you to seek this healing. As I am intuitively guided, we may practice some breathing techniques, gentle movement or grounding methods together before starting the energy work. After completion, we will chat about what came up during the session and how you would like to further your healing journey in the future.  You will remain fully clothed throughout the session so comfortable clothing is recommended.
