The Jen-Ken AFG 1815 is a deep-chamber glass and casting kiln built for versatility, control, and consistency. With both top and side firing capabilities, this model supports a full range of warm glass and ceramic processes—including fusing, slumping, casting, and low-fire ceramics—with even, reliable heat distribution. The deeper 15” chamber accommodates a 15” shelf and larger pieces up to 10.5” square, giving artists greater flexibility for molds, layered projects, or thicker glass work. In Glass Fusing mode, top elements deliver uniform radiant heat supported by side coils for balanced firing. Switch to Casting mode for precise side heating up to 1,700°F, protecting the lid coils from overexposure while maintaining accurate holds and ramp rates.
