1940s Occupied Japan Binoculars Bird Enamel Motif Opera Glasses Jockey Sports Glasses

This is a pretty pair of Made in Occupied Japan opera, field or jockey glasses in fantastic working condition. They measure approximately 4 1/8 inches across the base, and when fully extended are 3 3/4 inches in height.  The lenses are clear and the fly wheel has a smooth action.  The black enamel bird and floral motif is lovely.  The only issue we see is some age related discoloration on the chrome metal around the eye pieces.
