Tibetan Dorjie Locket Mala. Malas — also known as yoga prayer beads or japamalas — are necklaces that usually have 108 beads. Mala, Sanskrit for “garland,” is often used to enhance spiritual practice.  You may see people use malas while practicing yoga, as a meditation object, to  pray a mantra or sacred word. This mala is designed to be able to slide the beads so you can meditate counting beads. This mala has been designed so you can slide the beads to facilitate counting mantra during meditation.
