Sandalwood Ayurvedic Soap 4 oz

Description: Sandalwood has long been revered in Ayurveda for its healing and spiritual properties. There are many "sandalwood" products on the market that use synthetic synthetic oil or with oil extracted with benzene or hexane - toxic substances.  These products will not give the effects of real Sandalwood.  Our toxin free soap was formulated by my teacher Vaidya Mishra using both white and red Sandalwood.  Both have their own unique qualites: White Sandalwood Sandalwood in Sanskrit is called Chandanam.  In the Vedas (the ancient Indian texts from which all the Vedic Science is derived), the sound A is described as the first vibration of formless Pure Consciousness as it manifests itself as form.  Also, in Sanskrit there is a term called Nama Rupa which means Name and Form.  The Vedic Sounds of Sanskrit are the sounds which constitute the subtlest vibration of the form they represent.  So, the Name is the vibration of the Form.  Vaidya Mishra said this was especially true for White S
