Triphala For High Pitta - 60 Capsules

  Description: Triphala is a classical Ayurvedic formulation.  The word Tri means 3 and Phala means fruit.  The 3 fruits are Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhitaki. In most cases regular Triphala is fine.  However, in our experience some people with high Pitta Dosha constitutions find the formula to be too heating. For this reason, Vaidya Mishra developed a formula that is more cooling by substituting fulling mature Haritaki with less heating “baby Haritaki” while adding Rose and Fennel to creating even more cooling. Instructions: Take 1 tablet before bed or as instructed by your SV Ayurvedic practitioner.
