.264 Win Magnum Standard Rifle - 1960

This is a very clean .264 Winchester Magnum rifle produced in 1960.  The rifle grades in NRA very good condition. The bolt is correct and serial number matched to the receiver; both are marked with serial number 490642. The bluing grades at 90% and is in excellent condition with light wear on the bolt components. The bolt handle was probably re-blued; there are a few shallow pits on it that have been blued over, see pictures. There is a series of small surface scratches near the muzzle, also shown in the pictures. The 26" barrel has only minor throat wear and no pitting. It grades at a 9 out of 10 under borescope inspection. The stock retains its original finish and is in very good condition with some light handling marks. The stock was shortened; the factory buttplate was replaced with a Pachmayr recoil pad. The length of pull is now 12&7/8". There are no cracks, gouges, or other damage.
