This is a Prominar 4X 1" scope made by Kowa in Japan. This scope is in very good condition with marks from the rings and a few other light scratches but still fully functional with no damage. The glass is clear. It has a fine crosshair reticle. We use the NRA Modern Gun Condition Standards Grading System for grading part conditions. You can read about it HERE
