Autographed letter by Bill Veeck on Chicago White Sox Stationary

Dated June 1, 1961 to the Combined Jewish Appeal. This letter is typed on Chicago Wite Sox stationary and has a small tear about a quarter of an inch long where it has been folded and some writing in ink in the lower left hand corner. Gentlemen: I am happy to enclose herewith a check for the amount of $1,000.00 covering the Chicago White Sox contribution to the 1961 campaign of Jewish Welfare of Chicago.
