Sweat Test at Events

Special event price: $150 (regular $200). Our Sweat Test will tell you how much sodium you lose in your sweat so we can personalize your hydration strategy to optimize athletic performance. How salty your sweat is is largely genetically determined and can vary from as little as 200mg per liter of sweat to more than 2,000mg/l, so a one-size-fits-all approach to hydration just doesn't cut it... especially when you're racing hard in the heat! Here's a video of the test in action. It's all done at rest, is non-invasive and only takes about 20-30 minutes including a detailed debrief of your result and your personalized hydration plan.
