Alpenfire Cider - Traditional Cuvée (500 mL)

Alpenfire CIder's Traditional Cuvée is a blend of traditional French & English cider apples and American heirloom apples. Blended in small batches as needed throughout the year to replenish kegs for accounts throughout Seattle, if you're lucky you'll find the latest batch of this cider on tap in town (also known as THC - Traditional Heirloom Cider). Each batch is different, which makes revisiting this cider throughout the year a lot of fun.  Different blends of apples are used for each batch of THC - the cuvée is artfully crafted by blending together various other finished ciders aging at Alpenfire's cidery. Usually always dry to off-dry, with an exceptional balance achieved through the thoughtful art of the cuvée.  About Alpenfire Cider: Alpenfire was one of Washington State's first commercial cideries when they opened in 2006. For two decades since then, they've been very consistently releasing some of the finest craft ciders in North America. Alpenfire was also the first America
