Barmann Cellars - Cloud Buster Perry Grape Coferment (500 mL)
Barmann Cellars collaborated with the Cloud Mountain Farm Center - an educational farm in Northern Washington State - to make this lovely coferment of a variety of pears and wine grapes. Pear varieties include several organically grown Asian Pears (Kosui, Shinseiki, Chojuro, and Mishirasu), co-fermented with organically grown grape varieties (Canadice, Interlaken, Glenora, and Lynden Blues). Fermented in stainless steel then bottle conditioned using a small amount of honey harvested locally in Whatcom County. A zero/zero product - fermented naturally with native yeast, with no sulfites added, unfiltered and unfined. Barmann Cellars donates a portion of all sales back to Cloud Mountain Farm Center.
