Eden's Specialty Cider's Farm Study series includes small-batch releases with a focus on either a specific orchard plot, or rare single-varietal ciders. Eden's Farm Study Windfall Orchard cider is made from a blend of heirloom varieties hand-picked from 60 year old trees. Grown by Eden's long-time apple partner Brad Koehler at Windfall Orchards in Vermont. Slow cold fermentation, aged 10 months in stainless steel, then bottle-conditioned. This special cider undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle to create natural carbonation. This is a dry cider - bubbly, elegant, and light - perfect for summer gatherings.
