Eden's Fuzz Ball is a bone dry cider made with a blend of McIntosh and Empire apples. The juice from those apples was used to rehydrate the pomace (pulp of already pressed apples) of Kingston Black apples to extract flavor and tannins from the Kingston Black. This process creates a well structured, dry cider. If you love dry - you're going to LIVE for this limited run cider. Notes of lemon pith, soft herbs, wheat biscuits with jam.
