Empyrical Cider - La Raison Cider (500 mL)

Empyrical's La Raison Cider is made from a blend of ripe heritage russet apples and estate-grown bittersweet apples, including Frequin Rouge, Dabinett, and Brown Snout. Fermented in oak and bottle-conditioned. This cider is rich & complex, with notes of fresh apple juice, pear, nutmeg, and light vanilla. Makes a great nighttime sipper.
