Eve's Cidery's Stembridge Cluster is a single variety cider made 100% from Stembridge Cluster apples grown on Eve's farm in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York. Wild fermented in neutral oak with the natural yeast living on the fruit and in their cidery. Fermented to bone dry and left still (uncarbonated).  The Stembridge Cluster is a bittersharp apple variety originally from Somerset, England. Eve's has 6 trees growing in their orchard, and on a good year they might get enough fruit to make a single barrel of cider. Autumn from Eve's recommends trying this next to their Stoke Red - another bittersharp from Somerset. Two very different cider expressions, but both are very fresh, mouthwatering ciders with a nice mineral quality.  This cider drinks bone-dry with apple skin and grapefruit pith notes.  Very limited - just a single case available, so this product isn't eligible for discounts (other than our Cider Club Member discounts).   About Eve's Cidery: One of our long-time fav
