Rose Hill Farm's Bandwagon is a sparkling wine made from cider apples, wine grapes, pears, and quince. Quite simply, this is one of the absolutely nicest wine & cider coferments that we have ever tried. An artfully crafted expression of the wine & cider programs that make Rose Hill Ferments so special. As far as wine & cider co-ferments go, few are as well integrated as this one is; while at the same time you'll recognize the contributions of each fruit used.  Made via multiple long macerations of apple pomace with freshly pressed grape skins and a touch of pear & quince, across multiple harvest years. Pressed, fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Bottle conditioned with fresh apple juice and aged for an additional year. Wild fermented with native yeast, unfined and unfiltered.
